I’m a Charlotte local—born and raised. For most of my life, I went to the only smoke shop in town and left feeling overcharged, every time. In 2012, I decided I wasn’t just going to do something about it — I was going to do it better. I set out to create a store that would become a staple in the Charlotte community, with one simple mission: To provide customers with a true “one-stop” shop, offering the best prices, the best product variety available, and the best customer service, all in an effort to build a lasting customer base that never felt like I did leaving that other smoke shop all those years ago.
If you’ve ever been to our Smokes N Stuff location on Eastway Drive, you know it’s overflowing with as many products as I can fit, and it’s changed a lot over time. What you may not know, is that the same glass display at the register has been there since 2012, serving as a reminder of where it all started.
From the beginning, customer service has been the key. My only goal was to do whatever I could to get customers exactly what they needed, at the best price and after 15 years, my message to our Day One customers and our newest customers remains the same:
“If we don’t have it, we’ll get it for you.”
